Q: How important are backup offers?
A: During the inspections, they are vitally important in favorably negotiating any price reduction requests from buyers. Receiving $20,000 to $50,000+ in repair requests/price reductions is not uncommon. In many cases, the backup buyer will accept the property as-is, motivating the original high offer to complete the purchase without any reductions in price.
Q: Do you sell other types of property?

Q: If an agent represents the buyer, how are they compensated?
A: They are paid through a commission agreement between the buyer and buyer's broker, through escrow.
